Following Israeli attacks, Iran and other Gulf states could prevent endless war through regional non-proliferation cooperation
On 13 June, Israel launched military strikes against Iran with the stated goal of destroying its nuclear programme. While the war is still unfolding with more Israeli strikes followed by Iranian counter-strikes, the risk of further escalation is high, with potentially devastating consequences across the region and beyond.
